Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Our experience was disappointing overall. The check-in process was cumbersome, as we were not informed of an additional deposit fee until we arrived. On top of that, the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, which was a big letdown since we intended to use them to unwind. The room itself lacked essential items, like adequate towels, and the cleanliness was questionable, with remnants from previous guests.

The breakfast was pretty good, and I loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The laminate floor was a nice change from old carpets, but I expected a cleaner room based on photos.

The room was spacious, and I felt safe during my stay. I appreciated that the hot water was consistent when I needed it. Breakfast was decent enough to fuel my day. My family had a comfortable stay overall, despite some minor issues.

The carpet felt oily, and I noticed some rust in the bathroom. At times, the entrance to the hotel felt unwelcoming due to people smoking near the doors.

Had a nice family trip here. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, but the carpet felt a bit weird, like oily underfoot. Our room was right by the elevators, but it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, a good spot for a short getaway, just wish the carpet was better.

i really enjoyed my stay at comfort suites. the location was super convenient, right off the main road, close to several restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the ample parking too! the included breakfast is a plus, even though i didn’t eat. the hotel was clean and well-maintained overall.

I loved how spacious my queen suite felt with two comfy queen beds and a mini-fridge for snacks! The breakfast options were plentiful and so satisfying-it set me up perfectly for my day's adventures. Plus, I felt super safe and relaxed with such attentive staff around!

Stayed in a King Suite with Sofa Bed for 2 nights. The room had a decent layout but felt a bit cramped on one side of the bed. No hot water, which was annoying. The pillows were super comfy, and the room smelled clean though. Enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The carpet did feel a bit oily, but overall, it was a decent stay.

I loved how spacious and clean my room felt. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and really helpful with directions to local parks and restaurants that made my stay enjoyable and easy. being just a few steps away from Surcheros Fresh Grill was a definite bonus for dinner options while exploring the area.
